Discount on Quinta da Marinha Oitavos, Lisbon

One of the newest courses in the area, and one of the finest, Oitavos is an exciting blend of links and parkland set in the sand dunes and pine forest between Quinta da Marinha and Guincho. Renowned American designer Arthur Hills has created a course of great beauty in a nature reserve of mature trees, shrubs and wildlife, which together with views of the Atlantic from every hole are likely to prove a distraction! Oitavos has been rated 33 in Europe by Golf World and was venue for the 2005 Portuguese Open. The par 3, 9th, played towards Europe's westernmost point, is dramatic and the two closing holes are wonderful. Definitely one for the 'must play' list, the wonderful minimalist glass-fronted clubhouse and impeccable service completes the experience of Oitavos.
